How does your service work?
We provide grooming and wellbeing services for men. You register your account on our app (available on iOS and Android) or via our website, enter your personal details and payment information. You’re then ready to book any of the following treatments and services direct to your home, office or hotel (within London) – hair, facials, massages, nails, shaves, waxes and threading. We operate 7 days a week, from 6am to 11pm. After your treatment, you can rate your MINT PRO and provide feedback through your account.
Can I pick the therapist/stylist/barber myself?
All of our MINT PROs are not only experienced and talented but we vet them all personally to ensure they represent our brand well. Once you make a booking, you’ll be able to provide feedback about your treatment and have the option to save the MINT PRO to your favourites. This helps us when you make another booking in securing a PRO who is marked as a favourite.
I’ve just booked my first appointment, now what?
Thank you for booking with us. Please be available for our MINT PRO up to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that he/she can set up and you can get the most out of your treatment!
I need to change or cancel my booking.
Please select the Bookings tab at the bottom of the frame and from here, you can either modify or cancel your booking. Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to appointment time will not incur a fee. Any cancellations made 8-12 hours prior will be charged at 20% of the treatment cost; 4-8 hours prior at 30% ; 1-4 hours prior at 60% and no shows/up to 1 hour prior will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. This is to protect our PROs who will already be on their way to your booking and will be incurring personal travel costs to make that happen. It also means they are unable to accept another booking to replace yours at such short notice. Modifications made to your booking at least 8 hours prior to the treatment time will not incur a fee. Any modifications made 4-8 hours prior will be charged at 30% of the treatment cost – again, to protect our PROs who accept bookings personally and plan their days accordingly. It is not possible to modify your booking up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Different cancellation charges apply to Weddings, Events and Corporate/Group bookings – please refer to your contract.
I’d like to make a booking for a wedding/event/multiple people – how would I go about doing this?

Do you offer treatments for women?
Women are welcome to book through our platform – although our services are tailored specifically to men – for example, nail treatments do not include a polish application. We offer couples wedding packages through our Elite MINT*D service (Mr&Mr and Mr&Mrs) – please email us at support@pinglocker.com Alternatively, you can download the app and book for your (male) partner/boss/family member/friend/colleague/complete stranger (great gift idea…).
My work place would love to make regular bookings – how do I get more information?

I’ve heard about your new app but live outside London – can I still book an appointment?
Currently, we exclusively service the London area but are planning to expand to other cities.
Why do I need to provide a copy of my Government ID?
For the security and safety of our MINT PROs, we require your personal ID on file. Also, please note that MINT is not a sexual service and we take all harassment claims seriously. Our PROs are protected and encouraged to immediately report any form of harassment they experience whilst working with us, which will be investigated further.
My PRO was late or didn’t show.
