Dog Walking

Dog Walking - 1 Hour Walk - £18. Includes: Collection and drop off, a visit to a local park. We will also complete a towel dry if required and feed/water top up if required. We’ll socialise your pooch with other dogs we walk so they’ll make friends and burn off some of that energy they have. Be it professional commitments, busy school schedules or mini breaks, it can be hard to find time to give our four-legged friends the attention and exercise they need. Our dog walkers will pick up your pooch from your address and make sure they get the exercise they need to stay happy and healthy. We walk all of our dogs around parks green areas where they’re free to have a run around off the lead and have fun with other dogs - their friends. Weekly subscription options available - please get in touch. Individual dog walks are also available please let us know when booking.Please note our slots get booked up quickly. Bookings at short notice are sometimes possible, please contact us 07545 672089. Cancellation policy - 50% of service price charged if cancelled with less than 7 calendar days notice. Exceptional circumstances will be honoured.

Doggy Day Care

Let your furry friends join our pack for the day and have a great time. We pick them up and drop them off at selected times too. Daycare includes a walk or walks, feeding if required, along with collection and drop off. Our dog day care service will help build confidence, social skills and as a result, your dog will become more comfortable around other dogs. Fun-activities will also help eliminate boredom behaviour, such as chewing or barking. Puppy Daycare is also available to help with house training and socialisation.

FAQs

How many dogs are walked at a time?
Brockley Paws believes dogs have more fun if they can play and interact with other dogs. Our groups are kept small with groups of up to a maximum of 6 dogs per person. Groups are carefully selected with the breed, age, sex and personality in mind and can be discussed with the owner beforehand. If you would prefer a 1-2-1 walk please let us know and we will try to arrange this for you.

Do I have to be home when you collect or drop off my dog?
No. You can, of course, be present, however, you can arrange to for our staff to gain access to your property by leaving keys with your concierge or a neighbour.

What happens in the event of an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. In the original consultation, we ensure that we have all your emergency contact details. If veterinary assistance is needed, we will take your dog to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one.

My dog has not been spayed or neutered, can he/she still be walked?
This can be discussed in the initial consultation, each dog will be considered separately but we reserve the right to refuse any dog.

What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog?
We carefully select which dogs will walk together, if we find an imbalance within the group we will switch accordingly and inform you of our decision. We want all of our dogs to enjoy their walk.

My dog can be aggressive with other dogs or people and he has to wear a muzzle, can you still walk him?
Yes, we offer group walks and individual walks, please select your preference when booking.

Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation policy - 50% of service price charged if cancelled with less than 7 calendar days notice. Exceptional circumstances will be honoured.
2. The customer is solely responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their dog while it is under the care of Brockley Paws services, or is using any other services provided by Brockley Paws, and agrees to indemnify Brockley Paws in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.
3. The customer agrees that, in admitting their dog, Brockley Paws has relied on the customers' representation that their dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other dog.
4. The customer agrees to notify Brockley Paws immediately of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative, or dangerous behaviour of their dog that has potential to cause harm to any other dog or individual.
5. The customer is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their dog receives while under the care of Brockley Paws, together with any associated costs e.g. call-out charges.
6. The customer agrees to provide keys/arrange access to the dog for the agreed appointment; failure to do so will result in a cancellation for that day’s service and will be paid in full by the client.
