- My main focus on teaching is based on martial arts with over 15 years of tae kwon do competing internationally and reaching 2nd degree Black belt along with other arts such as muay thai and wing chun kung fu.
- I also teach parkour and free running so we can take our sessions to urban outdoors so you can learn to be more efficient with your body and learn some cool new skills.
- I have developed these skills through years of training and learning new skills through some of the best coaches in the business then taking on a career as a personal trainer to focus on the more basic instructions to fitness and health.
