TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please see below some key terms and conditions that you might want to note:
- Our booking times are indicative and not exact, and we will endeavour to perform cleans during our normal working hours between 8am-6pm, unless we specifically confirm otherwise by email. This is because our team cannot guarantee how long specific cleans may take.
- If access cannot be provided to the property within 30 minutes of arrival time, and we are not able to communicate with you the team will move on to other scheduled jobs, with no refund being provided.
- Our housekeeper will only arrive the with the required equipment which have been paid for in the booking. The housekeeper cannot be held responsible if services are unable to be delivered if equipment is not provided and not requested to be brought.
- We reserve the right to retain any fee paid as a cancellation fee/should the required minimum 24 hour notice not be provided.
